I bought the AFM 4K premium edition w/SSF kit installed and topper. I have been playing the table for nearly a month and have bought pinball packs from each of the companies available to purchase from. The only issue is the lag on tables that are slated to be updated, but aren’t yet.
Me and my family keep coming back to tables each day. Competition for high scores is fierce! Our unit gets between 1 and 3 hours use every day. The tables vary a lot by who they are made by. Our favorites so far are the Zen tables (AFM, Jaws, and Kong are our top 3) and the Zacceria (Robot Deluxe, House of Diamonds, and Strike Deluxe are our faves). The Zen tables have more modern appeal and well known IP’s. The Zaccaria tables play the best and sound the best. They look the most realistic as well and it is easier to follow where the ball is (better frame rate?). The natural history and Dr Suess tables are decent. Gottlieb tables are hit and miss in the packs. The TAITO packs are repetitive and don’t have much replay value.
The only improvements I can think of would be a quick add feature for initials on high scores (we have the same 3-4 people constantly having to scroll through letters). An option to have 3-4 people to save and choose from rather than manually enter for each player would be sweet. Optional purchases for increased internal storage would be awesome as well. I see us needing more than just the usb stick available at some point.
SSF kit really cranks and adds so much to the experience and feel. I wouldn’t want to play the tables without it. I did not get the arcade stick because I don’t plan on playing arcade games and the d pad on the machine is responsive and works great.
I have not tried OTG, but plan to eventually. For now, the available lineup is keeping us busy. Great product and a phenomenal value for what you get! Playfield screen and back glass display look amazing!

Seemless. Smooth. Wow

Ordered the AFM starter factory direct for the savings. Showed up a month later. Machine is in perfect shape, no damage from the factory or during transit. Everything feels well built and quality. For me the starter was the best option. I don’t care about OTG or adding other games. I can always add the topper or ssf kit later if I decide to. I ONLY bought this machine for the Zen games. I have already bought over $100 worth of Zen tables during the first weeekend of owning. You can purchase directly from the machine so makes it super easy. The Addams Family flipper lag improvement is awesome so can’t wait for the other games to be upgraded as well. Overall this pinball exceeded expectations and well worth the price. Please keep the Zen games coming, release the entire catalog including Pinball M! Best tables without a doubt are Twilight Zone, Addams Family, and Star Trek TNG. Only negatives I see are some audio static during gameplay on certain tables and also the audio needs optimized, namely on the World Cup Soccer table. Also there needs to be a setting to adjust solenoid volume. Some tables are loud with the solenoid, some tables are not.

Received my legends 4k machine in good shape. The two boxes arrived 4 days apart. The machine is very nice. Downloaded a few tables and I'm very satisfied. Worth the money. Always wanted a pinball machine of my own. Now Ive got nearly any table I want. I look forward to all the new tables coming out.

Love my pinball tablewith SSF kit. Can't wait for more titles! There is nothing that beats this price.
