This service is only for customers that own an Atari Flashback Classic Game Console. Please do not order if you do not have a unit that would need repair or exchange of the main console.
Please follow the instructions below to exchange your unit:

2. We will ship you a new unit.
3. Send your current unit to our exchange center:

Once your unit is received you will be refunded $10.00. Please only return the main console and do not include the manual, AC Adapter, and Joystick Controllers.
