Digital Codes Purchase Refund Requests

Digital codes refers to ArcadeNet® prepaid cards and digital pinball tables sold on AtGames E-Store

AtGames will, upon request via support@atgames.net, issue a refund for any digital code purchase(s) that is/are requested within thirty (30) days of purchase provided the code has not been activated and/or content downloaded by you.

Requests made outside of the thirdy (30) days window are not eligible for a refund. Requests made for code already used (ArcadeNet® activation or pinball tables downloaded and installed) are not eligible for a refund.

You can submit any number of refund requests for eligible purchases. If it appears that you are abusing the refund system, we reserve the right to revoke access to this feature.

Approved refunds can take up to seven (7) days to appear in your account. If your refund hasn’t appeared after seven (7) days, please contact your bank directly and ask about pending refunds on your account.

This is the exception: when digital code(s) is a part of a bundle promotion offer with physical products, the refund for the digital code(s) will not be processed independently. It will be processed per our Physical Products/Cancellation Refund Policy for the physical products.

Please note: When a refund request is approved within 24 hours of the purchase, the original transaction is canceled and the charge drops off your bank statement. In this case, you will not see a credit on your account. This process can take up to 10 days for domestic US accounts. Wait times for international payment methods may vary.
