The Legends Pinball 4KP, with the newly developed CE-4K operating system, requires regular internet connectivity to operate properly. Emphasizing an open and connected platform, the CE-4K system necessitates periodic mandatory updates to ensure optimal performance while introducing new features, games, and experiences.

Day 1 Required Update: Please note that as soon as your new ALP 4KP machine is connected to the internet, a mandatory update will be applied to ensure access to all games and online features. Without this update, the machine will not function fully.

Note: It is crucial to connect the unit to the internet via Wi-Fi or a network cable to access significant features, games, and updates.

At the core of the CE-4K design, the system focus is on an open and connected platform. Following the industry standards, CE-4K will require periodic mandatory updates to ensure the system is up and running at the optimal capacity while introducing new features, games, and experiences.  

Day 1 required update: Please note that as soon as your new ALP 4KP machine is connected to the internet, a mandatory update will be applied to the machine. You will be guided through the process to update the latest functionality and games. The Worst Experience, Owned for a month, played 0 hours and spent at least 10 hours trying to work

At this point I don't believe I'll ever have a working pinball machine. When I first set up the machine, the screen did not work and was flashing colors. I was sent a new top box since the old one wasn't working. Well, guess what? That wasn't the problem and my top screen is still blinking. I want a working machine AtGames. I'm done playing nice guy. I want a working machine! I want a full replacement, not a partial. The problem must've been a connector wire or the motherboard itself. PLEASE RESPOND TO MY EMAIL. I AM TIRED OF SPENDING ALL MY TIME TRYING TO RESOLVE THIS! I WANT A NEW MACHINE! I'M SO TIRED OF THIS! IT HAS BEEN A MONTH! I HAVEN'T EVEN PLAYED IT!!!

Addams family 4K pinball

Love the pinball machine I bought this because they said the lag was fixed but I noticed there’s still a lag with Adam‘s family snoopy and Star Trek but the other pinball games were great so I’m still hoping that they’re going work on the 4K games

Received our machine and put it together 2 days later. Peeled the stickers off just to find out the backscreen glass is cracked in the top left corner where the black screw is (to the left of cousin It's head). AtGames offered me $50 to keep it or to send it back and THEN they will send me a replacement. That would leave us without a machine to use and who knows how long that will take. I asked if I they could send us the replacement first and then I can send them the broken backboard in the box but they refuse to do that. Even willing to let them hold a deposit until they receive my return. Waiting to hear back from AtGames for a solution...been over 2 months. Was hopeful this would have went smoother considering this is our first AtGames purchase and we're already having mixed emotions. Setup was easy but based on other reviews, all other concerns we have, have already been stated and SOME have been fixed with updates.

Still waiting for a power cord and key

It has now been over a week and I have yet to receive even the shipping confirmation that I was promised by customer service for a missing power cord and key for my machine. I understand I can use a standard PC cord to play the machine, but it's the principle of the matter that has me annoyed. I am very excited to try playing the machine, if and when my cord shows up, or atgames sends me a credit to buy a new one. Until then, it's a lovely addition to my basement, it holds down the floor very well.
