1. Price Matching
AtGames does not price match products or services purchased from its E-Store or other retailers that later decrease in price for any reason. All sales are final for the price indicated at the time of the transaction.
Q: I see that you had/have a lower price on the product/service I purchased at a higher price. Can you price match the lower price?
A: All sales are final for the price indicated at the time of the transaction. Per our policy and typical industry practice, AtGames is unable to price match any products or services on our E-Store based on past or future sales or that later decrease in price for any reason. Please note that if a price match policy is important to you, one of our authorized retailers may have such a policy in place to either match a lower price found at specific retailers or to match a sale price for purchases within a specific time period. We encourage you to subscribe to our email list and social media accounts to stay informed about the latest sales and promotions.
2. Reservation/Preorder Policy
AtGames charges a non-refundable deposit for reservations/preorders and provides additional information on each E-Store product page. The customer acknowledges that the deposit is non-refundable in all circumstances, including, but not limited to, if the customer decides that they do not want or are no longer able to purchase the good(s) before or at time of availability. Upon receipt of the deposit, AtGames agrees to hold the good(s) for the customer until it/they are ready for delivery and the payment request(s) is/are made.
AtGames will send two rounds of emails to the customer address on record as the notification method for product availability. The customer will have 72 hours to complete their purchase once the second round email is sent. If a non-refundable deposit is made and the associated purchase for the outstanding amount is not completed within the 72 hour window after the second and final email notification, the value of the deposit is forfeit and the original reservation/preorder agreement terminated.
3. Return Policy
The return policy is only applicable to an item purchased from https://www.atgames.us/ that is in new, unopened condition. If an item meets that criteria, you can return for a refund within 30 days of delivery date and prior authorization from AtGames via a service request.
To return items for a refund, the original dated bill of sale must be presented upon request as proof of purchase.
Returns must be sent in the original manufacturer’s packaging.
Returned items will be inspected. No refund will be processed if we find evidence of any sort of alteration of any kind to the packaging or contents.
All applicable goods must be returned to and received by AtGames before any return or exchange can be initiated and before AtGames can issue any applicable out of warranty exchange.
Shipping charges are not refundable. Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
For such returns, it is necessary for you to ship the complete product, FREIGHT PREPAID AND INSURED FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE, to AtGames. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Please do not send any products to AtGames without contacting us first at https://www.atgames.net/arcades/contact/.
Damaged or defective goods, including goods damaged during shipping, are subject to our standard warranty coverage and return merchandise authorization (RMA) process. The shipping cost is paid for by the manufacturer when under warranty.
If you would like to cancel your confirmed or confirmed pre-order purchase, you can get a full refund before the item is shipped, with the exception of non-refundable deposits. If the item has been shipped, or when one of a multi-part parts/product order has been shipped from the warehouse, you are subject to the standard AtGames Return Policy above.
