The control panel failed pretty quick. After some shoddy support and multiple tickets, it stopped working. I was told it was under warranty and was told I would be sent a replacement board to fix it. Two weeks later I was told it wasn't under warranty and I'd have to pay for the board and $15 shipping. Is shipping part of your profits?
Arcade Control Panel arrived well packed. Watched installation on U- tube! The instructions with the Arcade Panel was very clear! Very fine!
Really love the conroller. Adds a whole new dimension to me Legends Pinball machine. I wish the haptics will upgraded in here as I do not feel them unless I place my palms on the top of the controller panel….but I am still really happy with this addition. High haptic setting is unplayable - distorts like heck...medium works fine.
So for the arcade games - I now prefer this to my Legends arcade cabinet - haptics - will have to do a separate upgrade.
