Legends Pinball 4KP Jurassic Park [SE]

I procrastinated for a loooong time and finally pulled the trigger - No regrets. The 4K unit is fantastic. Rugged professional design, high quality and outright fun. Had it unboxed, configured, and playing pinball in under a half hour. The sound kit is a must. (Had to turn it down a little, the sound system absolutely rocks!) Was easy to setup. Crisp clear high resolution screens. Was honestly not expecting it to look and play as well as it does. My only hopes now is that the electronics are reliable. Highly recommend.

I did a lot of research on these machines before pulling the trigger and getting one for myself. I crossed my fingers that it would arrive safely in shipping and everything was perfect. Very happy with my purchase and will be looking into an arcade cabinet when they get back in stock as well! If you are on the fence about getting this machine, don’t be. Do it!! They are well built, easy to setup, and tons of fun!

I never write reviews but feel the need to share my honest experience with the 4kp after 14 months of ownership. I also own a micro and legends ultimate with 4 players controls. I purchased the Jurassic park with SSF 4kp after the initial flipper lag issue was resolved. I have never noticed any flipper lag. While the Zen tables are not in 4k it has never been an issue for me. I own all the Zen tables and in my experience they play flawlessly and look beautiful. Even the tables that have sound issues like Swords of Fury in my opinion they are still very enjoyable. This is not a perfect product. I did have shipping damage that was replaced with no issues from Atgames. To be fair I have had other things delivered from Atgames with no damage and I have ordered from other companies where large products were damaged. This is a postal carrier issue and not Atgames. Everything is always packaged well. There have been some instances where I could not get on the network but this is rare considering the thousands of hours I have played on the system. Also, if you adjust your settings you can have access to all your tables while off network. I also would agree that when you do have an issue customer service accessibility and responsivenes could be greatly improved. As someone who has worked with companies on improving their CE this is an issue for many companies not just Atgames. However, as a middle aged man that loved arcades in the 80s I couldn’t be happier with this product. I never could of imagined having a pinball table in my home. If you are looking to just turn on a power button and select a game with minimal effort and have an enjoyable pinball experience than this is the product for you. I do find the EM+ tables incredibly boring so hope the zen partnership continues. I thought it was a mistake putting out 3 EM+ tables instead of the Zaccaria deluxe tables that we haven’t seen. I have seen too many hours of YouTube reviews about this product where the focus is on the negative specs of the product and technical comparisons to other more powerful platforms. I can only describe my experience with the 4k and for 14 months the tables have looked great, sounded great and play great. I get the prices have gone up and that will be a concern for many. Purchasing all the tables at the newer price points would be more of a challenge and perhaps I would be more selective. But prices have gone up with all products whether it’s Atgames or anywhere else. I greatly enjoy my 4kp and hope that you all will continue to produce strong content.

Looks great, plays great and sounds amazing with the SSF kit. If you are looking for an affordable pinball machines that can play hundreds of games with low maintenace this is for you. Turn it on and start playing.
