Joystick sticks constantly making choosing or playing a game next to impossible, also has a horrible spring sound when pushing the buttons. Having to log in almost daily is a major pain in the butt. Games have lag that is so frustrating that I don't even want to use it anymore. Customer service who obviously doesn't read what the problem is and then wants you to send them video and pictures... Whole experience is a major disappointment.

I bought this mainly for the rotating screen and I can say its awesome. Very easy to rotate, just a few screws off, turn, and back on. I like that the plexi comes off during this so it makes it easier to clean. I wish the standard ALU could remove the plexy to clean the dust that gets under it. Rotation works great and very useful for pinball games. Pulling back on the joystick like a plunger is very intuitive. Size is perfect, and swapping out the control deck for the gamer mini is a breeze.

I found that I actually don't use the rotating feature much at all. I love that it has it, and I craved a cabinet that did it, but oddly leave it alone when playing tate mode games.

I was happy with this purchase. The games included are decent and there are options to purchase or subscribe for streaming games.

Beautiful console. But unfortunately doesn’t work. Box arrived very damaged. Completed build, powers on but all buttons and joystick on control panel do not work. Others reported same issue. Hopefully they resolve timely
