I really wanted to enjoy the AtGames 4K Pinball system, but it’s been very frustrating. The system is buggy, the menus and settings are confusing, and the worst part is that purchased games just disappear.

I recently bought several pinball tables to add to my system, only to be told when I tried to play them that I didn’t have a license and needed to purchase them again. I logged in and out multiple times, but the system kept looping me back through logins and logouts with no success. For something I specifically paid for, this was incredibly disappointing.

To make matters worse, I put in a support ticket five days ago and have yet to hear a single response. The lack of customer support is just as frustrating as the buggy software.

This system had so much potential, but right now it feels half-baked and unreliable. AtGames really needs to fix the constant glitches, overhaul their confusing menus, and most importantly, honor purchases that customers have paid for. Until then, I can’t recommend this product to anyone.

the games are amazing and just as good if not better than EM or SS machines .never have to change a bulb or flipper. a dream come true!.

A good selection of games, great sound and graphics. Very pleased.

Bought this over a year ago. It was the closest table to Jurassic Park at the time. You artwork is far better than the Jurassic Park table. The boot animation of the T Rex is awesome. All the magic pixel tables are already preloaded. Just installed the SSF kit.
