I’ve owned machine for a few hours and I will probably never play again. It sucks so much. All the YouTube praise is a scam and they must be paying people off.

Recently placed order. It has been over a week and item still hasn’t shipped. It is impossible to reach anyone for help or to cancel my product, that I no longer want, based on how I’m being treated. At games is a bad company.

Only received 2 months of legends 4k pinballnet (website stated prepaid one year subscription included. Received a welcome letter stating that I would get a discount on new tables purchased during the first week. No discount was provided. Put in trouble ticket 11 days ago and still no response from customer service. #103626

I received this machine about 14 days ago and have played it every day since. It’s so easy to put together and bring online. The table selection is huge and getting bigger every week. Great product super pleased.
