Love the machine but...

first off i love this machine its super fun and even with some flipper lag issues the team at atgames seems to be working hard on fixes this would be 5 stars however 2 of my screws were overtightened and just spin freely in the mdf and the main concern is the (Haptic) feedback in the palm rest both of my speakers there are having issues rattling like crazy or just not working at all. I have reached out to support and will update when it gets addressed :)

Addams Family is unplayable to novices

I LOVE this machine. So many fun games come preloaded, I'm still putting in at least an hour a day. Installing new free games is super easy from Pinball Net. Buying new games is super easy too. However, The Addams Family game that comes preloaded is unplayable due to flipper lag. Once you play the other tables you will see just how annoying the lag is. Since I got the Addams Family themed machine, the one game that people want to play is that game, but then they soon realize how unfun it is.

As for the service, My boxes shipped out without a power cord or keys, and you need the key to put the machine together easily. I had to pull the playfield screen just to fish the wires through the top so everyone could play it. I got the machine on a Sunday, but it wasn't until over a week later on Tuesday did I get my key. It should have been overnighted in my opinion.

An expensive piece of trash

The machine has never worked from the beginning. Tech support is completely useless. My machine logs me in for a few seconds then logs me out for a few seconds. This loops over and over constantly. I’m able to play the game that it comes with but you can’t download new games that you buy. It’s a terrible experience and they will do nothing to help. They just saw move it closer to your router and close the ticket.
Just avoid this terrible company.

Topper light don’t work and lag on games but other than that it is good

Very fun

The boys and I are loving playing pinball this is really a cool addition to the house. My only two issues are we don’t play the title game (Addams Family) due to the flipper lag and I’m going to have to remove the top glass to clean the dust off the monitor. Once those are fixed I’ll be a 5 star customer.
