1. Customer support is nonexistent. I'm sitting here nearly a year after _asking_ - ASKING, mind you, how/ if I could transfer a license. Say "NO," if it's no. BUT ANSWER.

2. AppStoreX is a DISASTER. Are you bleeping kidding me with this? They have an Expired Card on my account. Can I delete it? Nope. Can I UPDATE it? NOPE? Can I GET AN ANSWER ON THE WEBSITE?!?!? NOPE. WHAT EVEN WILL APPEAR ON MY CHARGE CARD!?!? IT IS ANYONE'S GUESS!!!

3. Fine, I'll just connect a Keyboard and enter my new info but ... OH WAIT YOU CAN'T. Or maybe you can? Who knows!?!?

4. WHERE IS THIS INFORMATION NOT EVEN THE AI KNOWS???

5. UNLESS YOU ARE GOING TO OTG THIS THING NONE OF THESE GAMES ARE PURCHASABLE IN ANY SANE WAY. PERIOD.

Wow. Not expected in any way. I am a previous owner of an A1Up AFM machine which went kaput due to bad mounting of their PCB. This machine is an absolute beast. Just a solid machine, absolutely gorgeous to look at, and the mechanics and feedback with the SSB is an absolute must. I play this machine at least daily and even my wife enjoys playing. We’ve played a lot of the tables, but sadly, it seems that the Twilight Zone table is the one for us. Love all of the other tables, ease of purchasing and downloading. It’s just a fantastic machine. I absolutely love it and love it show it off.

Granted, you do have a very miniscule delay as compared to others, but you get used to it fast and don’t even notice. I absolutely love my machine and hope that AtGames continues support. Where is my F-14 Table? What about Eight Ball Deluxe? Keep the good work up guys and gals at AtGames. I honestly feel like I have the best of a real pinner without all of the work, maintenance. Great job guys. Just a fantastic addition to our barcade and honestly is the marquee piece of our collection and always has a line when folks come to hang.

Assembly and shipment were great. How fast i was able to get from unboxing to play was amazing. Sorry guys, I can’t stop beaming. Just love the machine. This is about as close as you can get to real pinner. Love mine!

I have table #22 of 5000 Addams Family Limited Edition Models from the day 1 pre-order. I’m here to say, it’s everything it has been promised. From customer service, no firmware updates, to game packs, to sheer blood, sweat and tears, I have been 100% pleased with my experience. Everyone that has seen and played my table says it’s the best thing they’ve ever experienced. I love every aspect of it and play it weekly. A great game night with the friends or solo in your downtime. Your mind will swear it’s the real thing.

It's a good machine, but not great. We also have real pinball machines so this was purchased to have even more variety, try classic pinball machines in virtual form, and be able to use BYOG to play 5k+ arcade games. My only complaint is some of the Zen pins have too much lag.

I've contacted atgames support a few times and I've always received a response and resolution.
I don't know who's hiring all of the 4 year olds to leave 1 star reviews, but ignore them. If you want a good versitile virtual machine without spending $7k+ on a real new pinball machine this machine will be just fine. These 1 star review kids probably want a trophy just for leaving their review. Such softies.

The amount of review bombing happening the same day is ridiculous. Don't believe these bots, Atgames makes quality stuff.
