The first package came damaged, according to ATGames who has no phone support I was to create a ticket. 6 days later after 2 follow-ups no one has reached out. I added an extra star because the pinball is cool but will not purchase anything else from this site unless they plan on resolving my issues.

It never has worked the person l bought it for in Vegas has been invited touch with you with bad results

The Addams Family™ 4KP table is very well made and put together. It was shipped very carefully and lots of padding to protect all included pieces. I wish you had a section on the E-store where we could purchase matching control panel art. It would make the look of the table that much more complete. So far i have zero complaints about this product. My whole family enjoys playing all the tables. And now with the SSF Kit installed the tables all feel amazing and come alive.

If they wouldnt have financed it like they did, i wouldnt be able to own one...

Just recently went from an Arcade 1Up AFM to the AtGames Legends 4K Adams Family. Wow. From real estate on the screen, to the ability to download tables, change settings, what a fantastic machine. Yes, there is a very very minor lag when compared to its competitor but does not take away from my experience. I'd rather not deal with soldering, repairs, and only having one table.

Great sound, solenoids help with the realism but don't take away. Plus you can disable easily.

You do get what you pay for with these machines. Great build quality, solid frame, and just a beautiful VPin. Just fun to play and show off.
