Terrible customer service.

I never received the item or any refund or any help about it! I am an LPO member and I am being treated extremely poorly.

I can't review them because I can't put them on yet.

I ordered the space invader side panels to put on first and they never came and I am getting zero help from customer service on getting another set so I can't review at this time and I am extremely disappointed in Atgames.

Acrylic panels missing hardware

Received the panels without any hardware to Install them. Kinda useless without that.

Help with my order

The order came incomplete I send an email requesting the screws and the covers. I’ve been told that I will get it but nothing yet. I’m still waiting for some help or I want to return the product I will need a RMA and shipping label.

fixed original problem of broken acrylic panel and missing screws

Customer service was very helpful! They had a forums page down so took a minute to respond, but after issue was addressed, problem was fixed with no issues with getting replacement sent out. Many thanks to atgames customer service! please disregard earlier review on 1-11-24, i didn't realize the forums page was down earlier in week. very happy with my purchase it looks great. i just want to add that shipping box was damaged from shipping item wasn't sent damaged and atgames still replaced at no extra cost. thank you again.
