My item was damaged during shipping and my email to support has not been replied to as of yet.

Machine is all messed up and I can’t get any response from at games. I’ve been trying to reach them for over two weeks. Save your money .

I received the 2 boxes, and they arrived in excellent shape. I put the machine together, but it would not fire up. I noticed 2 ribbon cables that were not connected to anything. A bit of back and forth with tech support and they sent me the location to plug in the ribbon cables, and I did, and it now works as it should. The Topper does not light up... just one more thing. I do like it a lot. Now that it works. Fine materials and looks good.

I love love love my electronic pinball it is so realistic and plays like the real thing. I would say it is all the good things of regular pinball machine without the bad things and side effects of maintaining one. I have no regrets to getting this pinball and having so many pinball machines in one keeps the excitement coming.
