I'm Leaving my original review but Upping it to 3 stars because of customer service. I really do love the table I would give it 4.5 stars but customer service had me drag it down to 3 stars. I really wanted to give it lower but the table is that much fun. If you never have to reach out to customer service You will love this.

These pinball tables are a lot of fun. They look great. They play Great. With the SSF kit they sound great. I really love this thing. I play it all the time.

I have been locked out of my table for weeks due to an alleged non-payment issue, even though I have already paid in full. I submitted a support ticket, but it was closed immediately over a weekend when no staff were available, so no one ever reviewed it. I have since received no responses to my follow-up.

Please correct this mistake and restore my access immediately.
I enjoyed the table when it worked and will change my review when addressed.

I received the 2 boxes, and they arrived in excellent shape. I put the machine together, but it would not fire up. I noticed 2 ribbon cables that were not connected to anything. A bit of back and forth with tech support and they sent me the location to plug in the ribbon cables, and I did, and it now works as it should. The Topper does not light up... just one more thing. I do like it a lot. Now that it works. Fine materials and looks good.

I love love love my electronic pinball it is so realistic and plays like the real thing. I would say it is all the good things of regular pinball machine without the bad things and side effects of maintaining one. I have no regrets to getting this pinball and having so many pinball machines in one keeps the excitement coming.

Extremely pleased with the Star Trek FX Legends 4K machine. A great way to spend some of my day standing up while gaming. Not kidding..as an older gamer, I need to be cautious of too much time sitting playing video games. This machine keeps getting me out of the chair and playing.

I purchased the Star Trek 4k pinball after owning the hd pinball for several years. The large backglass makes all the difference. I am so glad I got the 4k version.
