A Fantastic pack, but horrible delivery

Pack itself is stellar, and whoever adjusted the ssf on these tables should redo all other zen tables - they sound phenomenal! Atgames needs to get their act together as far as the delivery of the pack. First, for the first time I wasn't able to buy the pack from the 4kp itself. When I bought it through the estore, the code came back as invalid even though it had worked because after the machine restart, the pack was ready for download and install.

Would love to play this...

I would absolutely love to play this on my new 4K pinball machine that I just got in April of this year but ever since the new operating system update, I can't log back in to my machine to play my existing tables or any of these amazing new releases... I can't seem to figure out any way to submit a ticket and when I look on ATGames facebook page they haven't had an update on when this issue will be fixed since August 18th. I love my pinball machine and all of these new releases but it's pretty annoying to be locked out of something I paid nearly $2,000 for plus all the table I bought with literally no customer support. I'm wondering if others are still having issues.
