Zero customer service

I would like to write a review about my replacement trackball since the one in my machine has broken. I tried to order a replacement, but there has been none in stock for months. When I brought this up in a service ticket, I was told just to order a replacement that doesn't exist. When trying to contact customer support again 15 days ago, I was asked to provide a receipt which I did and have not heard anything back yet. So my review for this non-available product is actually zero stars.

Trackball Replacement

My "Legends Ultimate" arcade needs a new trackball. I intend to purchase a replacement but have a challenge. When I removed my console and turned it over, there are no screws to remove the hard plastic cover!!! It appears to be a sealed unit. How am I supposed to remove the housing to get to the trackball? My model number is: HA8802S.
