The machine was easy to setup, the instructions were good and everything worked great. Then when I went to play, I noticed the front lockdown bar was bent up and scratched on the right side near the right tilt button. I immediately opened a support request. That was 11 days ago, and I've not heard a peep since I submitted the ticket. I also noticed that I was only getting a 25% discount instead of 35% for being a previous owner of the Legends HD pinball table. I waited as long as I could to purchase tables, thinking it may be linked to my registration support ticket, but went ahead and bought a bunch of tables before my 25% week ran out. There is no place that I could find to inquire about the extra 10% other than opening a ticket, 2 of which have gotten no response to date so I didn't bother. This has me really concerned about support in the future if I ever have a real issue with the machine. Electronics are only as good as the support of the company behind them, and so far, the company is not looking so great.
That said, I bought the upgraded table because I owned the HD version for over 2 years and never had a problem with it. I'm hoping that remains the case with this one.
