Not reliable

This is the second time this machine breaks down. I’ve had arcade one up machines that never broke down. I bought the legends pinball machine. I bought the joystick to go with it now the joysticks don’t work. I’m done buying any kind of products from legends ultimate.

Didn't work

I purchased and replaced the board because our Legends Ultimate controls stopped working and it seemed like this would be the fix, but was not. So at this point we are at a loss as to what it could be. I saw a few things online with folks having the same issue and sounded like the board went bad. The machine is only 1 1/2 years old and has been broken for at least 6 months. Very disappointed in this.

Replacement board successful in fixing arcade controls for HA8801

The joystick, buttons, and spinners were non responsive at startup and at times the bluetooth lights would flash. In the end it completely stopped responding.
A firmware update to the controller board also did not work. After inspecting the old board, it looked like a capacitor leaked and one of the chips got fried. This replacement CTR board was a perfect replacement. One note is that my
Wi-Fi was unable to find my network after the CTR board was swapped out. Fortunately I backed up my data profile and after importing it back onto the ALU, it was able to locate my SSID and I was able to input my wi-fi password successfully. Customer service was a great help in providing solutions.

Board works great. Original failed too soon

Replaced the board in my Legends Ultimate and it worked again! Sad that I had to purchase another board with so little play time.
