Game stopped responding and I bought a new circuit board. Despite tech support this thing is still not working…..grr

Over 14 days and haven’t received yet

It’s been been over 14 days and have not yet received. Not Atgames fault but opened a ticket and have not received a response yet. It was shipped within 2 days of order.

Replacement board did the trick!

The replacement board resolved the issue with the joysticks that stopped working and Bluetooth lights flashing, which was great. However, it appears this failure is a known issue with this particular board. While my arcade unit is a few years old, I don’t believe that fully justifies the malfunction. It’s disappointing to encounter such a flaw in what should be a durable component. On another note, I do appreciate the low cost of the replacement boards and the instructions that made it a cheap and easy fix!
