Ctrl board issues

I had issues with the ctrl board. First it was malfunctioning, then it just stop to work. I have ordered this part based on reviews i read in the internet. I also contact customer service from atgame and they send me an update for my crtl board, which was easy to install once i have a flash drive (they gave instructions easy to follow). Hopefully, by doing the update my problem was solved. Both mcu version and bt version were displaying NG and i had a error message. The problem seems to happen often, so maybe try to install these file before buying a remplacement part. Work well for me! Hope this review help. Also, Atgame gave good support to help me to have my device work back! Great customer service. Thk again for the help!

Works well! Not hard to install. Take your time. It’s literally plug and play

Replacement board

Works perfect. A shame the initial ones seem to fail so often, but this was an easy fix that hopefully lasts the life of the machine!

Still not working

I have changed this board twice. Still not working everything works other than the buttons

New CTR board

I probably have less than 20 hours play time on my ALU, seemed like a well built machine, would have expected this board to last longer? When all the controls stopped working the support staff was very helpful with troubleshooting. The new board corrected the issue and I am back up and running. Thanks
