If you purchase the 1-year LegendsCare Warranty Plan below during the Legends 4KP preorder, the coverage of the protection period will start from the Legends 4KP product release/delivery day on 12/31/2023.
If you purchased multiple LegendsCare™ Extended Warranty plans, you may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase. If your purchase is past the 48 hours then unfortunately you are not eligible for a refund. If you are eligible for a refund, please submit a support ticket to us at the link here and a dedicated Customer Service agent will assist you.
